WALMART PICO RIVERA SHOOTING TODAY, WHATS HAPPENED TO ACCIDENT – ACTIVE SHOOTER

It’s a key position for the retail giant, requiring long hours and a team of 300 people at big box stores overseeing roughly $100 million in annual operations.
Many of the executives who run the company’s roughly 4,700 U.S. stores have been there for at least a decade, and Walmart executives say they need to find a new generation to replace them. A tight job market and competition for workers poses another challenge — even for a job that typically pays more than $200,000 a year.
“Three years from now, my pool of store managers won’t be what I need,” said Brandy Jordan, a longtime Walmart human resources chief.
